The Head of New Business Development will play a pivotal role in driving Impilo Health's growth strategy by identifying and securing new business opportunities. This senior leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development, particularly within the healthcare or health tech sectors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market trends, a strong network of industry contacts, and the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with Impilo Health's goals and objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, potential partners, and new business opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, technology partners, investors, and industry leaders.
  • Deal Negotiation: Lead negotiations for partnerships, collaborations, and contracts that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing business development team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Sales Strategy: Oversee the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Impilo Health at industry conferences, events, and meetings to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a significant portion in the healthcare or health tech industry.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with a track record of developing successful business development strategies.
