Key Responsibilities
- Patient Engagement & Device Support:
- Handle a high volume of patient interactions to support enrollment and device-related inquiries efficiently and empathetically.
- Assist patients in understanding and using devices, ensuring successful deployment and utilization.
- Process Development & Refinement:
- Build and refine processes in real time to address workflow inefficiencies and improve team outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices.
- Outcome-Driven Problem Solving:
- Analyze current methods to identify opportunities for improving patient resolution rates and satisfaction.
- Develop and present innovative strategies to address common challenges and optimize patient experiences.
- Reporting & Insights:
- Track key metrics related to patient outreach, issue resolution, and process efficiency.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data trends and observations.
- Team Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between patients, agents, and management to ensure seamless communication and resolution.
- Provide input on training materials, workflows, and technology enhancements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in high-volume patient outreach, device support, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to strategize and improve processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas effectively.
- Adaptable, with a willingness to adjust quickly to changing priorities and challenges.
- Experience with patient engagement systems or CRM platforms is a plus.
