Position Overview:

The Head of Marketing will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, product adoption, and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in product marketing, brand management, and digital marketing within the healthcare or technology sectors. This position reports directly to our CEO.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive the overall marketing strategy for Impilo across demand generation, product, and brand, including budgeting and executing the annual event calendar
  • Design and execute email and digital campaigns, webinars, and digital roundtables to drive top-of-funnel leads, executive engagement, and market education
  • Develop and strengthen Impilo's brand image, personality, and promise with our target audience
  • Determine and build out the marketing tech stack and software tools
  • Conduct ICP analysis and create targeted marketing and sales assets (e.g., sales decks, case studies, blog posts)
  • Spearhead PR initiatives, including speaking engagements and thought leadership opportunities for our executives

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing in a B2B SaaS sales environment
  • Experience implementing scalable and repeatable processes at a high-growth startup
  • Track record of designing and executing high-performing marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth
  • Experience developing brand presence, including thought leadership opportunities and sales assets for the field to leverage
  • Excellent verbal, writing, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Healthcare experience is a plus
