About the Role

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Associate to join our Growth organization and help bring order, clarity, and velocity to our revenue systems. This person will be connective tissue between sales, accounts, marketing, and leadership—ensuring our internal systems are humming, our data is clean, and our campaigns are running with precision.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves digging into CRM tools, and gets excited about keeping teams aligned through clear reporting and smart process design. You'll work closely with both our go-to-market and executive teams to ensure everything from outbound prospecting to internal communications runs as smoothly as possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM & Data Management
    Maintain a high-integrity CRM by cleaning up mislogged contacts, companies, and interactions. Continuously improve tracking systems for visibility across pipeline stages and team activity.
  • Deal & Customer Monitoring
    Keep tabs on outbound sales activity, in-flight deals, and active customer opportunities. Raise flags when something looks off and coordinate internal resources to support deals or accounts at risk. Help leadership surface performance trends and upsell opportunities through crisp reporting and analysis.
  • Proposal, Asset & Content Customization
    Adapt and fine-tune sales proposals, outbound emails, and supporting materials to meet the evolving needs of the revenue team—ensuring all customer-facing communications are on-brand, strategic, and high-impact.
  • Internal Comms & Enablement
    Stay plugged into what’s happening across departments—including Product, Engineering, Operations, Support, and more—and translate those updates into clear internal communications and enablement resources. Keep the revenue team aligned with cross-functional changes, launches, and initiatives that impact the customer experience or go-to-market strategy.
  • Campaign Operations
    Collaborate with marketing to support outbound campaigns across CRM, email, and social channels. Monitor execution and report on success metrics and learnings.
  • Lead Sourcing, Enrichment & Assignment
    Own the full lifecycle of lead management—from sourcing new lead lists to vetting, enriching, deduping, and assigning them. Ensure high-quality, ready-to-work leads are always flowing to the team and analyze performance to identify what’s working.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years in a revenue operations, sales ops, or growth-related role
  • Experience working in and managing CRMs (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving problems without a playbook
  • Obsessed with systems, structure, and process improvements
  • A keen communicator with a knack for cross-functional collaboration
  • Analytical and data-driven—able to transform raw numbers into clear action items

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000. (Compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, and level of experience and role)
